While many are familiar with the beloved poem 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, the team at Funny or Die have added an imaginative and hilarious twist to the holiday classic.
They've entitled their composition, Drunk History Christmas, and drafted in Jim Carrey and real-life couple, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes to ensure it's got that extra bit of festive sparkle.
In their version, comedian Allan McLeod painstakingly tries to recite the poem after having half a bottle of whiskey, but thankfully, Gosling, Jim Carrey and Eva Mendes chip in to help tell this complicated story of Christmas magic.

Shatter: The sound of a million hearts breaking at the sight of Ryan Gosling in bed with real-life girlfriend Eva Mende for this Funny or Die sketch
Playing happy families: Ryan and Eva look good with a couple of little ones
Carrey, 49 , plays Santa Claus, and has quite a run for his money in the comedy department from Gosling, 31 , who proved he can tickle a funny bone in this summer's Crazy, Stupid, Love.
Reluctant leap: Ryan hops out of the bed but even in this sketch, he seems reluctant to leave his beautiful girlfriend
Fetching: Unsurprisingly, Ryan even looks devilishly handsome in his silly Victorian nightwear
More delights await thanks to the drunk confusion, like a sleigh full of antler-wearing puppies, but the story is told with many laughs, even more expletives and some nice period touches.
Christmas vision: Ryan stares out at the black sky, but the narrator must conjure up Santa Claus
Little old driver, so lively and quick: Finally St Nick looms into view and the story moves along
Last month, Ryan travelled to Paris to be with Eva while she filmed Holly Motors in the city.
It's a testament to the strength of their relationship that the Ides of March star would travel across the world to be with his new girlfriend.
Down the chimney: Jim Carrey's Santa delights the father of the house with his arrival
I laughed when I saw him: Despite the expletive-ridden story, it's a genuinely cheery Christmas piece
The pair dined at the Jules Verne restaurant on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower before taking a stroll.
They were also spotted at Pere Lachaise cemetery where Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, and Honore de Balzac are buried.
And he's away: Santa flies off to deliver the rest of his presents
