In the wake of his bizarre video tribute to Emma Stone, another video featuring the star has gone viral - this time featuring the star belting out a karaoke version of Radiohead's song Creep.
Karaoke king: A fan video showsJim Carrey performing a version of Radiohead's Creep at New York City Rock club Arlene's Grocery on Friday night
It shows a casually dressed and cheery Carrey chat to the crowd before belting out Creep, Smashing Pumpkins song Bullet with Butterfly Wings and Bee Gees’ I Started a Joke.
Backed by a band, the 49-year-old actor looked like he was having a great time as he waved the microphone around and played to the appreciative crowd.
Viral: The actor wore a jacket and T-shirt as he took to the stage in the latest video to hit the Internet
Passion: The actor clearly enjoyed performing to the crowd at the New York club
'Emma, I just wanted to let you know that I think you are all the way beautiful, not just pretty but kind-hearted and if I were a lot younger I would marry you and we would have chubby little freckle-faced kids,' he said on the footage.
He continued: 'Every day for the rest of your life, you would thank God that I was the appropriate age for you.'
Artistic expression: Carrey was recently seen spray painting the outside of his studio in Manhattan
'Yes, my msg to Emma Stone was a comedy routine and the funniest part is that everything i said is tru,' he tweeted.
However, not everyone has such a light hearted attitude to Carrey's antics.
Beverly Hills psychologist Dr. Jenn Berman told E! Online last week that the star's behaviour was 'troubling.'
Controversial: Carrey's video love letter to Emma Stone made headlines
Berman told the website that she cannot diagnose Carrey without meeting him, but, in general terms, she believed the actor's behaviour indicates 'mood swings, impulsivity and lack of judgement.'
Meanwhile, the star seemed to respond to recent comments about his behaviour on his Twitter account.
He wrote: 'I've always had infinite creative energy a playful nature and the courage 2 b unconventional , but envious people prefer 2 call me nuts. S'ok.'
Response: Carrey wrote on Twitter that he had a 'playful nature' and the 'courage to be unconventional'
