So it’s no wonder competitors including Cheryl Burke and Peta Murgatroyd needed to let off some steam on Monday night following another live show for Dancing With The Stars.
The professional dancers were spotted leaving the Hyde Lounge in Hollywood, a nightclub popular with celebrities.

Cheryl, 28 – who partners American footballer Emmitt Smith on the show - donned a Missoni-style dress with peep toe black high heels.
She could be seen emerging from the venue ahead of comedienne Jenny McCarthy who was earlier at the nearby Grove shopping centre signing copies of her new book.

Accompanied by her DWTS professional dancer boyfriend Maksim Chmerkovskiy, she donned a large pouf at the front of her hair and unleashed some nerves before her results show.
Peta replied, 'Meeee toooo!!' as Cheryl wrote the following day, 'Double elimination tonight!! Already freaking out.... #hatetuesdaysondwts.'
But she wasn’t the only personality on the programme that was rocking the large tresses.

She had the style done to perform Paso Doble to En Vogue's Free Your Mind with Louis Van Amstel , who wore casual clothing to the gathering, where it seemed the group went to have dinner.
Peta’s partner Gilles Marini, was also a part of the group , who celebrated the completion of another show with the meal.
The 36-year-old French-American actor is best known for his part as Samantha’s sexy neighbour in Sex and the City.
