James Corden and Jack Whitehall went to head to head as they battled it out at Twickenham on Sunday

There is nothing James Corden won't do for a good laugh, even if it means squeezing into a pair of embarrassingly tight shorts.
The funny comic writer was joined by comedian Jack Whitehall as the pair took to the field at half time during the RBS Six Nations match on Sunday.
While the professionals of England and Italy were taking a break Corden and Whitehall entertained the crowds at Twickenham Stadium.

Corden, 34, is by his own admission no athlete, but the game show host looked seriously up for the challenge even if his body didn't.
James slipped on a England rugby shirt as he attempted to go for a conversion in front of the capacity crowd.
He may have had all the gear, but he also looked like he had no idea as he rather lamely kicked a rugby ball towards the posts.

Jack, 24, was slightly more convincing as he stepped up for a conversion and copied the famous Jonny Wilkinson pose before having a kick.
He had been clearly looking forward to the face off and tweeted earlier: 'Off to kick at Twickenham Thomas Castaignede and Stephen Jones say the only thing that could prevent me winning this task is my own hubris.'
Despite his classic positioning it appears Jack was the loser as an elated James was seen running off cheering around the pitch.

It is not the first time that the two lads have done battle in a sporting arena, however.
The duo teamed up to shoot some hoops during the NBA London Live match at the O2 Arena in North Greenwich, in January 2013.
Former Gavin and Stacey star James shot for the New York Knicks, sporting the blue and orange strip of the team as he took to the court.
